First off I would like to share my gratitude. I had searched about the Lemon Law because of a recent car issue and their information appeared on Google. In 2017 I bought a 2013 ActiveHybrid 3 BMW from Car-Max and from day one it had an engine code come on for "drive-train malfunction" that the dealer could not figure out how to resolve. It was in the BMW service roughly every 6 weeks after that for the next year. I contact them again and even though I had bought it used, they successfully got all my expenses reimbursed as well as the original purchase price refunded and BMW bought it back from me no questions asked. I cannot say enough good about how good the lemon law lawyer is with this sort of issue.
