Toyota Lemon Law Lawyer

The California Lemon Law, also known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, offers legal protections to consumers who buy or lease new or used vehicles with significant defects. If your Toyota has a defect affecting its use, value, or safety, and the manufacturer or its authorized dealers fail to fix it after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be eligible for a replacement vehicle or a refund.
