Michael Saunders

A Team in Your Corner

With a track record of over 3,000 successful cases in California, I am known as the expert in the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, commonly known as the Lemon Law. As a California native, my passion for our state's laws led me to specialize in consumer advocacy 25 years ago, filling a crucial need for expert representation.

Beyond my comprehensive knowledge of the California lemon laws, my success is rooted in more than just legal expertise. My positive and longstanding relationships with manufacturers play a crucial role in expediting my clients' cases. Additionally, when you work with me, you communicate directly with me—no intermediaries like assistants or paralegals. I am fully committed to personally handling your case every step of the way.

What sets me apart is my fluency in the precise approach needed to secure a successful outcome for your defective product, whether it's a car, truck, boat, motorcycle, or even a jet ski. Over the course of 25 years, I have honed this process into a science, knowing the exact formula for success.

On a personal note, I am proud to call the beautiful city of San Diego my home. I graduated from the University of California, Davis, and later attended the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I look forward to you having my cell number saved as "world's best lemon lawyer," in your contacts.
