The vehicle spent a total of 31 days at the dealership for warranty repairs. When the symptoms returned, the customer called us for guidance. Forty-five days later, the truck was sent back to the manufacture, and a refund check was handed to our client.

New Replacement Vehicle

2018 Kia Sorento was experiencing serious engine issues leading to engine replacement which did not permanently fix the problem. Illuminated check engine light and loss of power continued to plague the vehicle. The client attempted to work things out on his own with the manufacturer's customer service department but ultimately was told he did not have rights under the California Lemon Law.
